Order Information- Stock and Special Boxes

What is the minimum order for stock boxes?
Your minimum order for stock boxes is $150

What payment methods does Numaco accept?
Numaco accepts Visa, Master Card and American Express. For orders over $3000, we offer credit terms, pending credit approval.

Is there a per piece minimum?
Yes. Every item is listed with a "Pack" number. Boxes must be orders in full packs.

What is the difference between In Stock and Special boxes?
In Stock boxes are boxes that we normally have in stock If you are looking to always have the same box, we suggest that you use one of our Stock boxes.
Special Order boxes are typically factory overruns. They are sold on a first come, first served basis. When they are gone, they are gone. If you see a Special box that you like, it may not be available when you reorder.

What about imprinting?
Numaco can imprint most In Stock and Special boxes. Please see the Imprint section for details.

What is the freight policy?
All orders are shipped FOB our warehouse in East Providence Rhode Island.

What is the shipment lead time?
We normally ship the next business day for non-imprinted orders. Same day shipment is also possible. Call customer service.

Can I use my own shipping account?
Yes, we will ship under your shipment number if you wish. Otherwise, we will ship you in the most efficient manner and bill you for the freight.

We need a very large supply of stock boxes. Are there further discounts?
Yes, Numaco wants to earn your business. For large orders, please feel free to call customer service for special quotes.

Exchange and Return Policy

Returns and exchanges are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.

• Returned products will require a 20% restocking fee and must be in new, resalable condition.

• All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted without a RMA number.

• Request for RMA must be within 30 days of receiving product.

• All returned merchandise must be received at the Numaco distribution center within 30 days of issuance of RMA.

• Return shipping cost is at customer's charge. Shipping fees are not refundable.

• Refunds are processed only upon receipt of returned goods and will be credited within 5 working days of receipt.

We do not accept returns on custom made products or any products with custom imprints. We accept returns for un-imprinted stock products only.
