What kind of custom packaging do you do?
Numaco produces top quality board based set up boxes, plastic based presentation boxes, sewn pouches, and a variety of accessory packaging.
What are your turnaround times?
Once a sample is approved and an order is placed, production runs approximately 4-6 weeks. Transit time depends on current container lead times.
What is your minimum order?
Minimums are usually in the 2500 piece per skew range. Depending upon MOQ’s on raw materials Numaco will make exceptions for shorter runs.
What are your credit terms?
Credit terms for qualified customer are NET 30. Customers also have the option of paying by credit card, wire transfer, or check.
What materials do you use?
Numaco utilizes a variety or raw materials, papers, and printing applications. We continue to offer a wider variety of sustainable packaging raw materials.
Can I get a sample?
Samples are available upon request. There is no charge for initial sample. Follow up samples usually will have a charge depending upon material availability.
Can I custom print?
Yes, custom printing is available in a variety of applications.
What is the approval process?
We provide samples for approval with corresponding identification numbers. When placing orders you may refer to id numbers for reference.
Do you need artwork, logos, pantones, etc?
Numaco requires the customer provide camera ready artwork in specific file arrangement (AI or PDF). We request pantones or CMYK for custom colors.
Where are your boxes made?
Numaco’s packaging is produced at our wholly owned China factory.
What are your shipping policies? FOB?
Numaco can provide quotes FOB ex-works our China factory, FOB East Providence, Rhode Island, or FOB delivered.
Are you environmentally friendly?
Numaco has a progressive eco-friendly approach to packaging and all aspects to the process where possible.
What are your payment policies?
Numaco has standard 30 day terms for credit customers. Payment is also accepted via credit card, wire transfer, and check.
What is your return policy?
Numaco stands behind all our packaging projects. Please touch base with any q.a. issues and we will address accordingly.
Can I set up a recurring order?
Yes, recurring orders are accepted. Updated pricing will be provided.
