ORDERING INFORMATION
What is the minimum order required for custom candle packaging?
Minimums are 2500 units per skew and per type of packaging. However, exceptions may be possible for shorter runs based on MOQ for raw materials.
When will my custom candle packaging be shipped to my factory?
Once your design approval is received by the Numaco team and you have placed your order, the standard production time begins, taking approximately 4-6 weeks. The shipment time will vary depending on the container lead times when the production is completed.
Can the candle packaging be designed to match my brand requirements?
Yes! The Numaco team is ready to work with your brand’s specifications, including logo, dye lines, color matching, and material specifications.

What if I don’t have the storage space for all the candle packaging I ordered?
We’ve got you covered! You can choose to utilize Numaco’s unique “make and hold” program, in which we’ll create the candle boxes to your specifications and safely store them in our warehouse until you’re ready for them.
Do you offer eco-friendly candle packaging options?
When we craft your quality candle packaging, we use various raw materials, including sustainable, recycled, and recyclable raw materials. If you are interested in specific, eco-friendly materials for your packaging, let us know during your design consultation.
Can I get a sample of my custom candle packaging?
Yes – our skilled sample department is ready to fulfill your request. Contact us to request your sample, and we will gladly assist you.
Does Numaco offer candle packaging design assistance?
The Numaco design team is happy to help fine-tune your candle packaging ideas. We’ll work directly with your design department to cover the specifics or can work directly with you to achieve the packaging design you envision. Most of our design services are included in the total cost of your custom candle box order. Some more intricate designs may be subject to an additional design fee.
What should I do if there is an issue with my candle packaging?
